문화 혁신포럼에서의 강연 내용 때문 아미들이 한국어를 자기들이 직접 번역해서 공유한다는 발언이 아미들의 불만을 불러왔다는데 저런 불만은 오래된 건데 빅히트에서 요지부동임
이번에 글로벌 팬클럽의 사실상 유료 컨텐츠인 아미킷에도 멤버들의 인터뷰 내용을 볼수 없는 해외 팬들은 배송비 20달러까지 추가된 금액에 외국어 번역없이 판매되어서 큰 불만이 터진상황에 연설 내용으로 폭발한듯
아미들의 노력과 열정에만 기대지 말고 이제는 좀 소속사에서 좀 더 적극적으로 해결에 나서야 할 것 같은데 그리 큰 노력이나 돈이 드는 것도 아닌 문제인데 왜 저리 미온적인지 모르겠음 방탄밤 올라 올 때마다 댓글에 제발 좀 영어자막이라도 달아 달라는 요청이 엄청 많아서 좀 안타깝기도 하던데 빅히트는 아직 팬들의 저런 원성을 못듣고 있는건지
I really don’t understand why a company with an operating profit of $53 million cannot provide official notices in English. I also don’t understand how a DVD of a concert in Brazil doesn’t have Portuguese subtitles for its Portuguese fans. Do better.

As there is a hashtag now, we urge everyone to join in and tweet for the need of subs. People have been paying for the content so the least we expect is translations without burdening the fandom transalators as they already work hard.#BighitAddSubs#ArmysWantSubs@BigHitEnt
Please may you consider adding translations/subtitles to all BTS content so that it is inclusive for people of different languages and the hearing impaired.
Continuing to provide no subs for content is proving a disservice to your global ARMY fandom, which is fastly growing & fiercely loyal. I am happy to continue translating, but this shouldn't be my obligation. Please promptly address this issue. #BigHitAddSubs
. @BigHitEnt@bts_bighit take responsibility & do your job by providing subtitles in multiple languages in all BTS content. Armys have been complaining about the lack of subtitles in content like Bangtan Bombs for years.
Stop ignoring us. It is your job as a multimillion dollar company to provide the means for the boys message to be heard in all languages. We need spanish subs#BighitAddSubs
